Can anyone comment on whether this is legit - I don't recall entering a promotion on Very, but that doesn't mean I didn't... :beer:

oo how intriguing! have you checked that the phone number they have given you, the same as their customer service number on very.co.uk? ( i see it on there as 08448 222 321)

if it matches, then ask them, they might be giving you a prize!

I got this as well. Not sure if I entered for one either though remember something on Supersavvy??

The phone number they give in email is for the hairgroup.co.uk

yeah it's the hair group... it's just such a very vague email.... will ring them tomorrow and find out what the crack is

I'd find it a bit odd that you have to call them. If you'd have one anything surely they would say that in the email or call you.

I got the same email yesterday I got very excited I phoned them up and they said I entered a promotion through very in febuary for a makeover and they offerd me a makeover, family photo shoot or a wash cut and blow dry.

DD had a free haircut from a similar offer to this earlier this year, not sure if it was Very but certainly The Hairgroup, she had a great free haircut from a local salon we would never of tried and now use regularly:)

Just phoned as also received email. Basically anyone who hasn't got a salon in the area for the free £15 treatment is being offered a Fashion Makeover and Photoshoot for 1 or a Family Photoshoot with a free print instead. I opted not to bother as don't enjoy having my photo taken - probably should have just gone for it as its free but really wanted the Facial!

probably a good thing you opted out... you would have more than likely been given the 'hard sell' to purchase more photos at ridiculous prices!!
