Can't find anywhere on the net to calculate my repayments......

Hi, my fixed rate mortgage is coming to an end with the Principality and it's currently 4.99%, they've offered me another 3 year fixed at 5.39% with no fee payable now (which is what i need to be honest)
I am trying to find somewhere to calculate what my monthly repayments are going to be, but can't find anything on the internet, can someone help please.
My figures as a matter of interest are.....
58000 as interest only and 9500 repayment
i just want to see what difference this is going to make to me monthly
oh and also i've got a loan added to the mortgage of £19500 which i had to take out to pay my husband when we separated - this is on some kind of variable rate that goes up when the bank of england raises it's base rate
my current monthly payment is £403 (mortgage and loan only)

Are you trying to work out what the repayments will be on this new Principality deal - have they not sent you a Kety Features Illustration detailing all the repayment figures?

sorry, yes i want to work out the repayments on the new prinicpality deal
all they've sent me is a form to sign which i have to send back within 14 days to accept the agreement
i think i've managed to work out that the difference between 4.99 and 5.39 might only be about £30 a month????0 -
Phone them up to ask them for an illustration - they need to send one out to you otherwise how do you know what you will be paying
