I had a e mail from Shopping thoughts the other day and just wanted to know if anyone has heard of them?
i think it may be something to do with Tesco clubcard as you have to link your clubcard with them.

You are right it is to do with Tesco. You probably signed up with them at some point. They send you surveys to complete about every 6 weeks, for which they award you a specified number of clubcard points according to the length of time that they anticipate it will take to complete. HTH.0
