Black Turtle Beans, also Satsumas queries

Hi you clever folks!

Got a lovely Mexican kit for Xmas which includs a pack of Black Turtle Beans - but no cooking instructions! Can anyone help with basic cooking intructions, or exciting recipes (have found 1 nice 1 for Mexicali Bean Salad).

Also Xmas bag of satsumas looking sorry for itself - not a big pudding fan (just a big pudding!!!), apart from smoothies any ideas? CanI use them for e.g. cooking with duck????

Thanks for these! Didn't know black turtle beans were the same as black beans , spoiled for choice now!

Souffle of satsumas with casserole of bananas sounds bizarre! DK what most of things in pork recipe are! But salmon recipe sounds gorgeous..... mmm will report back after weekend!!!! (Need to skip the wine though, New Years Resolution and all that:rolleyes: )

Got the same kit. Not sure to do with the beans as internet a bit diifering advice, Will have another look in due course.
