Financial Associates

How long does it take to get a financial associate removed from your account? It is my partner, but we have never had any joint financial accounts, loans, mortgages etc.

I submitted an online dispute today but am very keen to get it removed. Has anyone else had experience of this?

    From memory (and it is some time ago that I had to do this) I think it took around 1-2weeks.
