I have never eaten at a Yo Sushi but have passed the one in Selfridges in Birmingham. Well stood and watched actually.

How does it work with the conveyor and what is good to have?

You sit by the conveyor belt, picking up anything that looks good until you're full. Each dish comes on a different plate, with different plate designs representing different prices. When finished, the waiter adds up the price based upon your plates.

I'm not sure with Yo Sushi, but some of the kaiten-zushi:cool: places will also cook to order.

I'd rather go to Kulu Kulu Sushi
