I reckon they just released an extra password, incase people missed a day, so you don't have to enter it if you already submitted it.0 -

What a brilliant lot of people. I was away for one of the sundays and thought thats it, no chance of even entering - when I came across this thread. many thanks to everyone. Trouble is, saw the links above and it looks like the cottage is actually near me anyway - pmsl - never mind, I can always sell it and buy something far enough away to feel like a holiday cottage.
They seem to concentrate a lot in this area - the last thatched one was one my OH recognised as he had been working on a few months previously.0 -
Does anyone know how they pick the winner, whether from the postal entries or the online entries.Obviously they can pick a winner at random but they have to choose from either postal or online first. If its 50/50 then you'd have a better chance with a postal entry i should think, as i assume there would be far more online entries. Also can you do both or is that against the rules.
Also have they published the address to send the tokens, as i must of missed it and i can't find it on their webpage.0 -
id have thought that they will have to check postal entries have all the tokens and then add the name and details of the sender to a data base along with all the online entries and the winner will be chosen at random from that?0

They dont check all the vouchers, if the winner is a postal, they just pick the first one, then check the vouchers, if ok it wins, if not they just pick another one and bin the rest.0
