I always find H&B really expensive in any case - check the "price per 100g" figures for their seeds/nuts, etc. So even with their BOGOF or "Second one for 1p" offers their prices only come down to "reasonable". Hardly the bargain they always make these offers out to be.

It really depends on what you buy tbh, i got 1kg of popcorn kernals for £1.98 and they are £2.50 in asda.

Plus my omega 3 6 9 is usually £13.99 with another outlet but i was getting double for same price in H&B.

I also got mulitbionta far cheaper than anywhere else with this offer, so yes shop around and know your prices but it still has good discounts on some stuff, plus cashback and 20% off, really good for me.

I totally agree with you 'Clairibel.' I found Holland & Barratt products very good value for money and often cheaper than other stores. I currently buy a supplement from H & B which is double the price else where. I know they always have special offers (so not sure of the 'real' cost) but other stores do this as well.
