Hi

Anyone any views on this? I went last year and thought it was a bit of a rip off re. cost of entry and cost of food. I'd like to hear what anyone else thinks.

Thanks

It's on now until Sunday at Botanic. We went before and thought it was overpriced. You have to pay to get in and then you pay £3+ for tapas sized portions of food from diff NI restaurants. Food was very nice but was an expensive day!

There are two-for-one coupons in the Belfast Telegraph thus saving on the entry price

Thought about going but bought a six pack of crisps and put a CD on instead, saved a fortune.

Too much chance of rain anyway by the looks of things, plan b of a six pack and sit in the garden sounds tempting!
  • It was expensive and the portions you get are mouthful size...despite the high cost. Will go elsewhere next time :(
The MELA in Botanic Gdns is far more entertaining...

Darn nuisance too - I was taking a short cut through the gardens this morning to get to the train station and had to walk for miles. They could at least have put a notice on the gate from the PEC that through paths were restricted.
