Had a phone call earlier from Littlewoods Direct re the Wii bundle I ordered from them a week or so ago for my neighbour. They said that they were having to refund the original order, and put it through again but for the console only as they could no longer do the package. He said he was not allowed to say that it was guaranteed before Xmas because of the Wii shortage, but said that based on certain information they had been given it was highly likely that it would arrive before Xmas. The price he quoted was for £199.99 but I used a discount code on the original order and he said that if I phone enquiry line they will deduct it from this order. He said if I was to ask them when it was going to be delivered, all they would be able to tell me is "within 20 weeks" as that is what it says on the computer, but I should ignore that as they should be getting them in. So, if you have ordered from Littlewoods Direct, don't give up hope entirely.

Only prob with Disco azul is that its the Spanish version with spanish instructions, I nearly bought it!I am soooooo disheartened now! Thanks to Sparky for telling me not to give up, really feel like it though!

I phoned Play for that offer that was posted on here yesterday & they've advised me it will be with them from December 8th!!

So, we should get it within 5 days of then & make someone's Christmas

Good luck you lot - just need to find a Wii Play for us now!

Sorry didn't realise that, I was going to buy this from them then saw the post about shopto.com and brought the bundle which arrived today! I thoguht it was the european version but it has the UK plug version, my nephews will so so pleased on Christmas

I was in need of a new phone and opted for One Stop Phone Shop as they had the N95 on offer with a free wii. Wiiconsoles.co.uk states that if you order before 7 December you can expect the free wii before 21 December so thought i'd give it a try. When I received my phone this morning it stated on the invoice that free gifts will be delivered 28 days after connection. Unfortunately my phone has a fault so I rang the customer services to arrange an exchange and whilst I was on the phone asked about the delivery of the wii. He checked for me and said apparently a whole load of wii’s are stuck at Customs (?) and they have located a new supplier and are working to ship out free gifts (wii’s included) before Christmas. He said that they’re not allowed to say that to customers unless they really do think it will happen. Here’s hoping!!
