Try this number - 01904 692224
I had to call them when my order didn't pick up that I had ordered a bundle and I was overcharged £15.
I tried the 0845 number on their website and like you said it was either engaged or rang out.
When I eventually did get through the people I spoke to didn't seem to be able to do much as the payments were on one system and the orders were on another or something like that but I was told they would process it.
When nothing went through I called the 01904 number above and told the receptionist my problem and she put me through to someone in a different department from the internet orders department and they were really helpful and my overpayment was refunded the same day.0 -

I rang my local woolies this week and they said if they get any in they will ring me back. They have just phoned but I'd ordered one off the website about 5mins before. So maybe people could start ringing there local woolies. My local one is a small one as I only live in a village and this is there first lot of stock since they were realeased. So maybe some of the smaller stores will now have them in.
Thanks to all the people on this thread and for the link about them that pops up when a store gets them instock.
