Would be good to start another thread somewhere with "tips" on games ... the good, the bad etc. views and how too's, what not to spend your money on .... (so that those of us that have been fortunate so far in finding one aren't rubbing noses of those that are still trying).

Got "Happy Feet" for the kids and have had a hilarious week-end playing it with the grandparents as well. Basic, but good for starters! Approx £35 in ASDA, so not cheap ....

Actually £35 for happy feet is cheaper than most places. Mainly 39.99 in a lot of the game shops.

Why not start a thread then, about what games they have bought and how they like to play on the Wii
Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j

    Woolies:

After my Wii console order being "Ready To Dispatch" for 5 days, they have finally emailed me saying they have dispatched it. Five days to load it onto a van!!!

Considering they claimed it would be dispatched within 24 hours, pretty poor service IMO considering they charge an extra £4.50 for postage on Wii Console.

Just got an email from gamestation saying mine has been dispatched, been 'processing' since friday but hopefully on it's way now, hope the rest of you who have bought from them hear good news!
  • Confirmed as despatched today.....

This item has been confirmed as despatched by the supplier. Please allow up to 7 working days delivery.

I run a courier company and no-one does a 7 day service. 2 -3 days at the worst. I don't have a clue who Wollies use....... anyone??

I'm guessing they say 7 days just to cover themselves in case of delays and to hold off complaints from users who expect it next day. In reality I would expect it to be delivered in 2-3 days.

I've got a Woolies one to collect from store today, a friend managed to get his own delivered to his house, but someone was in to collect. Not sure, but might be Citylink...?

  • Not sure if this applies to everyone, but had an email from Woolworths who said that my Wii will be delivered by ParcelForce.
Anyone know how efficient they are?
