Managed to get a wii from HMV yesterday lunchtime but when i log in and track order its saying open order, ordering from supplier does that mean it will be weeks waiting.

if the games arent to taste then you can always try and blag them for store credit at argos or simply trade in at game/gamestation or the suchlike...

Looks to me like the shops are now pre-selling their stock orders.

Smart move by them but will restrict available stock even further !!

Whether they will delive by xmas is anyone's guess

you can always try to eBay or trade the games, but we know they wont fetch what you want them too, and be a waste of cash.

I agree with you but getting a wii has taken me over lol I dont know about anyone else but me i just needed to get one the only thing i was against was the expensive ones! Other than that i was like a woman possesed. I needed aw WII!! Its Mad isnt it?

My HMV order says open order but nothing about ordering from supplier.

Yes. My bro ordered from HMV and they have no stock and no delviery date. Keep looking and cancel HMV if you need to.
