just ordered mine from this german site it works out at 193 delivered, not the cheapest from germany but one of the few who allow you to select your langauge which makes it easy to order and proceed thru the checkout. it only allows you to buy 1. on the top right of the page it has a drop down box 'international' just select your country and it shows most of the site in english and the delivery cost to your country
i got my confirmation email so all seems well
