FLIPPING HECK...
I've just been watching the same auction - £410  With buyer rating 184.
CRAZY!!!0 -
i got mine for £159 from John Lewis using this link and discount code:
http://www.johnlewis.com/Christmas/G...5/Product.aspx
£20 discount code TEL258CCT200
i recommend using Switch/Maestro, as credit cards have an extra verification step.
as i said before, it looks like they add around 10 every 10 mins from midday till they're gone.
GOOD LUCK!0 -
Guys, after days spent watching sites like a hawk I took the radical step of calling the local Argos.
They told me that some were coming in that evening, I could hold one - I'd get an automated text when it was in store. I did so, 5 hours later was hiding it around the house so the little man wouldn't rumble me .
Price ? £179.87
It can be done, just don't ignore the obvious options !0 -

There are three that went for 330, 335 and 420 within 5 minutes but then back down to 240. Its weird how ebay seems to work.0

as we have seen over the last week, there is more stock becoming available Game. argos, John Lewis and others are starting to show regular supplies, even if limited , which was not the case over the last 2 weeks, rumours still maintain that a LARGE shipment will be available form the start of December
please don't pay over the odds for one in panic
Nintendo have said because “seasonality demand trends are being broken” and since “demand for Wii hardware globally has been unprecedented” then it’s possible that “demand for Wii hardware may outstrip supply”.
This is from the Games industry web site about HMV.

I'm not saying there will be no more stock delivery, nor do I want to hype it up, I'm sure it will be trickling into shops but as the makers and major retailers are already trying to get there defence in early then it's more likely than there will be shortages.
Don't rely on a last minute delivery into the UK buy as soon as you can or risk disappointment.0 -
Yeh i was reading someone who said they had 12 dodgy ebay winners in a week!0
-
if i was selling it would be Buy It Now only, with 'require immediate payment'.
you get your auctions 'won' by scammers otherwise.0 -
You could safely bet that someone will also be shillbidding those prices up too on Ebay...0
