Wii Sports comes bundled free with ALL European and US Wiis. Its only the Japanese ones which don't come with any games at all (but the price is lower to reflect that).

Nintendo have no plans to sell a Wii-Sports-less version of the Wii.

It's all the same batch of 150 they had originally. They are restricting people to one per order and these are the canceled orders from people trying to buy more.
