I suppose it's worth ago for anyone that has not yet got one, it doesn't cost anything to cancel it again.
For the record I haven't got any formal confirmation, just what I was told on the phone (although this seems confirmation enough) and my order still stands online.
Need to ring them again tomorrow because they sent me an email to tell me my card address is different from my delivery address (I have already rang them to tell them this - do they listen?)
I will update tomorrow if I get any news, i'll ring first thing.
Rant over
Ian

Seems maybe play.com has been glitching this evening. Instock then no stock then back again.
I think ill keep my order with them if they let me keep it so ill be first on the list to get one once they get stock. I grabbed mine at 4:15.0 -
There was a reasonably big delivery to Woolies in Scotland (Glasgow and West Coast) yesterday and they're going on to the shelves this morning.... I know that Argyll Street Glasgow and some of the smaller branches around and about all got some in - they won't reserve though (except when you ask your pal who works behind the counter very nicely!!!!!!! Here's to wii-in tonight - yippee) Good Luck xx0

Unfortunately, I've gone to switch the thing on and it is dead - no power going into it at all.
I'll need to phone Gamestation tomorrow and see what they say. How long is it going to be before I get a replacement.
I'm going to have one very disappointed son when he come in.
Panic over - all is working fine now.
I remembered the my son's pal got a Wii for Christmas so I got him to check to see if it was the actual console or the power supply bit that wasn't working and both worked fine in his house. So I tried it again at home, plugging it in to the three way adaptor in my sons room and again it didn't work so tried plugging it in in a different socket and it worked fine.
I never even gave a thought to the adaptor being the fault.0 -

Very sorry to hear about that. No power at all ? Might be just worth checking it is not something simple like the fuse in the plug or maybe a dodgy power socket (note to self - must get some of those Belkin extension leads from ebuyer!)
back on topic - it looks like ebuyer have got their next batch in and are hoping to get a (big) bundle on their website today ... Announcement
Edit: Second note to self - must learn to type quicker!0 -
I ordered mine on woolworths online yesterday. Say order placed with suppliers. I thought it was instock does this mean I will be waiting ??0
