Not really the same as all those unhelpful websites. This is software, runs on your PC, can set it to check pages as often as you like, can set it to play a sound when a watched page changes and even open the changed page in your browser. Saves all that refreshing, more time for coffee

also guys if you use firefox thers an addon for auto refreshing if you need links i can provide them you just right click on any web page once installed into firefox and enable refresh option for 5 10 15 secs etc etc:j
