Me neither. My number is 15 digits and the tracking site needs 13 or 16
I wont believe have it until its here esp with other stories I have heard. Fingers crossed for everyone.

Hi everyone

I have a Wii on order from JL and am hoping against hope that it will arrive. The status of my order changed from 'processing' to 'despatched' this afternoon although I have not had an e mail saying that it has been despatched and as mentioned by someone earlier the tracking number on my order is apparantly invalid (possibly not surprising as the courier website asks for a 13 or 16 digit number and the one JL provided is 15 digets).

My nxt problem is I need to get a Wii Play. Can anybody tell me which sites seem to be my best bet for this? Should I be trying the ones that everybody is recommending for the Wii?

few things what i noticed
yes the name is a registered company

the address is wrong
the phone numbers they give are mobile numbers
the email address is not the same as the company's

my understanding on this is that they are using the name and name only

Re: John Lewis tracking number

Just take away the last two digits on your tracking number to make it 13, and it then shows the status

(my last 2 digits are 01, presumably this is the same for all of you)

I agree, at least they rang us and explained the situation, this was one for a friend as well, I've got mine so I wasn't really upset
