Does the Sports Pack Console include the remote and nunchuck and what is the difference between the two? What is in the Wii Play pack? What do 2 children need to be able to play it? Are any other leads/accessories needed?

Yes and for two player you would need another nunchuck plus Wii play (with remote).

wii play = game and remote

wii console sports pack = console, leads, nunchuck, remote and sports game
