DH also ordered one from Studio (6 weeks ago now). They sent the order confirmation to the wrong address! Luckily our postie knows us and it did get to us. Then DH asked them to check the credit ratings they had given us, as they'd obviously done it on the wrong household. They promised they would write to confirm. 2 weeks gone and nothing received, so DH rang them again. This time he was told, we tried to ring you but couldn't get an answer, so we've cancelled your order    . We have an answerphone, so they didn't try very hard! DH is fuming, he demanded to be reinstated to the place he should have been in the queue and was promised a call back. That was 5 days ago and we've heard nothing

    You have been warned ;)

when I phoned up to order with studio I was told that my Wii wouldn't be delivered until 28th of November so I'm still hopeful. I've had my order confirmation receipt thing through the post ok so I can only hope that I'm lucky enough to get my order fulfilled properly!
  • Hi Badbt,

I also ordered with Comtech a while ago and paid with Paypal - have they refunded your payment then? They haven't told me anything - did you have to ask them to do it?

    Cheers!

    Chris

on their front page they are selling swap magic items i.e. things used for bypassing the copyright on games - this is not legal so you have not bought from a reputable company thats for sure. Although I dont know if they are any good or not.
