Just had an e-mail off Virgin..Its on backorder grrr they haven't got it in stock...Don't know whether to cancel now.

Well it says if they get it within 30 days and we are high enough up the list they will fulfill, is it worht waiting and then if another chance comes up on Amazon again, might as well get one and then sell the Virgin one to a friend if it ever arrives!

I was happy until the second virgin e-mail!!

Glad i cancelled my Virgin one for Amazon then because known my luck i would have received a back order email aswell. Only changed to try and get the quicker delivery and because i've used Amazon before.

Although I don't want a wii I'm curious to know how much these packages are going for, when they appear on amazon and the like. (currently show for over £300). I note the German amazon has them for 244 euro.

It reminds me of the 360 launch which seemed all about the buzz of actually finding a console. Mind you, although these interactive nintendo games look like good fun the other future releases are not enough for me to hunt one down. Another console in the gaff would send the mrs over the edge

Does anyone know anyone who has got one from the German Amazon site? You can bluff your way through the pages without knowing German, but i wondered if there will be any restrictions on use other than the 2-pin european plug?

Any help?

i dont believe so.

goto wiifind.co.uk and look in their forums, i think some people have purchased german wiis and only have to use an adapter and change the language.
