Yeah the wording is a bit vague but they do just mean that you cannot buy vouchers with vouchers. And in this case that isn't what you are doing - you are buying the product with the vouchers. I did this this morning and they were perfectly fine with it.

What I didn't anticipate though was that when you pay for the Wii with the vouchers, because it is over £100, they give you another £10 voucher back too. :j

I hate all this buying Nintendo wii's to create a profit on fleabay, that's why they are scarce, people snapping them up to make a quick profit out of parents who are not able, or quick enough to respond to sightings on various web sites.
This morning at 6.00 after the night shift there was loads for sale at Amazon,
I could have bought a few to make £40.00 per unit profit out of other under-pressure cash straped parents who's only wish is to see their kids smile on Xmas morning!
My daughter does not want one now, so I passed that chance onto another who does.
I'll never be rich, but at least I'm happy!!:j

Hi

Phoned Argos Customer Services at the head office just now because my reservation code didn't arrive via email and they said they can take reservations via telephone for store collection. Something to do will multiple orders being placed via the website for store collection!!! Seems some people may be bulk buying!

Might be worth giving them a call 01908 690333 and ask for customer service.

Buy 2 x £100 sets of voucher and receive 2 x £10 vouchers = £220

Buy Wii at around £180 - receive a £10 voucher

Buy Zelda (£20) and the twin remote charger (half price at £10) and second remote (£30 - or Wii play at £35) using vouchers and cash (£50 vouchers and £10 cash)

receive a further £5 voucher.

So Wii + second remote, twin charger and Zelda for £205.:T

I have reserved a Wii at the Waterlooville (Hampshire) Argos, but can't get to the store in time.

The reservation will expire at 6pm TODAY, when the store closes, so you'll have to be quick!

Why did you reserve so many? I think people are reserving too many and thats why you can never find them.

Argos have obviously had a load delivered today as most stores seems to have had them today.

Im happy as my hubby and son will be happy this christmas and i used vouchers and got £10 back from argos which will go towards more xmas gifts!

I just hope my hubby and son appreciate the time and effort that i have spent in getting them a Wii.:D
