I asked my colleague who is from Germany to have a quick read through the Wii page for me, and she tells me that is states 4-6 weeks for delivery

A friend just contacted me saying the Woolworths in East Grinstead have wii in stock. Not sure about quantity or whether they reserve though, but he has picked me up one. Result!

I ordered Wii console from amazon.de last night when it said "auf Lager" (in stock) and my order says delivery next week.

As you say, the site now states delivery in 2-5 weeks, so I hope my order will still arrive on time.

Have ordered one (Security Check in progress as we speak) and I don't even have a console yet!

When I tried on the german amazon site of the four things I ordered yesterday afternoon 4-15pm ish (console,nuchuck,play+remote,Zelda) only Zelda was truly in stock (i.e. estimated next day dispatch) rest quoted 2-3 week before dispatch + 1-2 weeks del. (Up to 24 Feb!)

Just had email from Virgin Megastore to say that they will be selling Wii's online from 9am tomorrow.
