Just had an email from Tesco saying estimated despatch date has been put back to 25 October because they don't have stock.

So basically they've taken today's orders without having the Wii's in hand :mad: :mad: .

Thanks. I was just about to cancel my WII order with Amazon and go with the Tesco WII Bundle offer instead. I will think again now.

It looks like a lot of backdoor pre-orders based on expected shipments coming next week.

I don't believe that Dixons "error" for a minute. So The Link, whom you also own, was having the same problems when it came i to stock too?

Register here, keep the page open in the morning. Game and Dixon/The Link/Amazon have been putting a few on throughout the day yesterday.

I got my one from Game yesterday.

The page refreshes itself every few mins, just keep checking it for when it says its in stock and go grab it...

Also speaking to my local game store every day this week - they get deliveries in about 0830hrs and will usually hold them until lunchtime for those that ring up and save it. have your local shop number to hand for next week if no luck on the site.

I don't work for Game or any other shop - just trying to help us all xxx

If you read what has been said earlier regarding dixons is that it is a mistake and people are not getting their orders.

I put the nintendo in my basket and when I went to checkout it wouldnt let me buy
I was excited (how sad am i) as the wii stock locator flashed up stock online at dixons

I know...its so frustrating. I am keeping my eye out so I can get my brother one for Christmas....I seem to miss them by seconds everytime!
