I placed an order with Dixons yesterday morning but when I checked the order status it said there was a Stock Query and that they'd update me by phone or email.

I haven't been contacted, despite me calling and emailing them so I phoned again just now and they told me that they are out of stock but there's an error with the website that keeps showing stock as available and accepting orders :mad: .

I ordered one from tesco too with the sims and boogie pack. Much better value for money - I still haven't received a confirmation email from dixons but not bothered now as £200 for the console with boogie and sims is far better than £180 for the console alone.

Thanks. Just looked on Tesco Extra site (is that the one?) but can't find Wii/Boogie/Sims bundle and console alone is out of stock.

Must admit ive never heard of sims castaway, but heard of ratatouie which is new. Iam well chuffed as went to asda with my christmas savings card to buy on and was told by the girl taht they might not even get any in by xmas, was bit peeved as saved on this card all year for xmas so now have stuck it on my cc. at least dd will be happy, thats the main thing.

no, just tesco.com (sorry, cant do links). go to entertainment/games you will find it on wii bundles.

I ordered one from Amazon.de on Tuesday afternoon, it arrived via UPS yesterday Impressive service from our continental chappies.

Think they've been stripped of supplies now though!!

They say delivery is approx 28 days and have all sorts of bundles available, starting from £179.99 for basic package.
