Just a tip about ebay - try looking at those within driving distance, and offering to pay to end early and to collect. The seller will avoid almost £10 in ebay fees, which you can factor into their selling price, and you get to see the console before handing over money.

Paid £220 unfortunately but only a five minute drive away and inspected the receipt before handing over the cash. It was bought at Harrow Debenhams friday 9th March!!

Game in Uxbridge got 12 in on Saturday... I got one & there was another being sold to the lady before me, but you might be lucky & they may have 1 left???
Also, the Argos in Uxbridge had 11 Wii Plays left on Saturday.Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees!0 -

Had the rumour (about large-ish stocks coming in soon to coincide with the PS3 launch) repeated by a manager at Toys R Us at the weekend.
And had a disagreement with staff at my local Woolies. They had empty cases for Wiis on display with printed cards showing a price and saying "take this to the counter to purchase your Wii". But when you got to the counter, the reply was, "Oh no, we don't actually have any in stock. Those are just to advertise our registration service. We'll happily put you on our list if you'd like..." :mad: :mad: :mad:Everyone needs something to believe in.
