WH smiths in birmingham had one left about half 12 today (i got one from there!)

Game told me they MIGHT be getting stock in tommorow (game in the bullring)

And finally if you phone woolworths (birmingham) they will take your name and phone number and phone you when they got stock in!

I managed to get one from Tesco in Brent park yesterday. There were 2 on the shelf or at least the DVD case that you have to take to the checkout. I took it to CS and the guy confirmd there was still one in stock.
I've just got back and the other case is still on the shelf but its a shelf lower than it should be So if anyone in NW London wants to take a punt it's on the shelf below the Wii remotes on the right hand side.

i only just found this thread and may be a bit late but there were 3 in toys r us ancoats (manchester) last weekend. they were only sold as a bundle , i think they were about £289. maybe worth a phone call.

GAME have been told we will be getting a couple of mini-deliverys in, but everywhere will be geting BIG batches Easter. We've been told there is a 7k and a 2k shipment for GAME alone for over easter.

To give some hope to people that some wiis are still out there, I managed to get one from Tesco in Bury the other week. I just went for a few bits and to my surprise they had one wii left. So I quickly paid at the till and had an anxious wait at customer services whilst someone went in the back to look for it. I thought I would have some explaining to the girlfriend when I got home but she was just as excited.

i think nintendo is holding out till the 23rd of march,. for the PS3 release,. then some how theyll be in stock every where,. and seem they can be chipped now to,. to play Game cube homebrew games it will give the ps3 a good run,.

There does seem to be a rumour going around about massive availability soon for wii's. my manager ( at game) semi confirmed its what he heard from his boss.
The PS3 preorders have been doing rubbish !! at least at my store, theres about 1/3 of what the wii took, and its been running alot nearer to the launch than Wii. though they did only start taking them a few weeks ago, but sony announced it so close to launch day. I really do think that PS3 will be the next GC of next gen consoles !
