I am not an employee of Nintendo and i don't know the details of PAL/NTSC/SECAM but i fully endorse 14 days extensive testing to ensure no problems with arise!!!:beer:

A bit of both. French TV broadcasts SECAM, french Televisions do SECAM And PAL because all the DVD players, consoles, videos etc are PAL. The french Wiis are PAL standard.
