Lunchtime today Argos in Gainsborough had at least 10 on the shelf behind the counter

Argos stock seems to be sporadic. I picked a few places at random and there is stock at Truro, Newquay, Oban and Wick amongst others.

Not really in the MSE spirit though - these are units grabbed by other people and resold on Amazon for high prices.

ACTUALLY, when I posted this, they were available to buy from AMAZON themselves at £179.99.

I just now got back from Tesco at Brent Park and there are 2 on the shelf (or at least the empty dvd cases you need to take to the checkout lol)

Ok, so I'm getting loads of PM's re the argos deal so I thought I'd post details here!

You need to call argos on 0870 600 2020 to place the order.

Wii console, Wii remote and Wii sports ref number is 568/3257 - normal price £179.99

Wii Accessories Mega Pack (new, not in catalogue - contains steering wheel, tennis raquet, golf club, baseball bat and controler grip) ref no: 568/4108 - normal price £29.99

Plus any Wii game of your choice including new releases - see argos web site to pick which game you want.

Package price is £219.97.

If they ask where you seen the offer - its in the May brochure, front cover is green (for some reason they asked me that!!) and its on the inside back page - page 55.

Hopefully they will have updated their system so that it goes through ok now but if they try to charge you more argue with them! I got put through to the enquiries department who did a manual overide.

Thanks for the tip got mine today, delivery on Thursday just had to get the price override done when I phone but got the choice of any game that Argos stock
