I'm a relatively new MSE-er and have only just stumbled across the old-style board. There is *so* much here I want to try
I am a SAHM to two little boys trying to stretch our money a bit further and make everything in our home as lovely as possible
I think it will be counter productive for the first couple of weeks as I will be on here constantly reading the threads instead of sorting my life out. First thing I think will be a grocery shop challenge as this has been on my mind after the excesses of Christmas!
Look forward to learning lots and hopefully sharing a few tips too

Hiya. Yup ask anything - I've asked some silly questions in my time here and I'm sure I'll be asking some more soon
- everyone is so helpful and quick to answer.
The Thrifty Ways book is a really good read too if you want a break from the PC! :rotfl:Newlywed at the point I joined the forum... now newly separated0 -
Thanks Crazychik and Newlywed

I will definitely check out the daily thread, I want to show off the results of my storecupboard and freezer audit - my first action as a new OS MSE-er. And I ordered my copy of the Thrifty Ways book from Amazon today - got a gift certificate for christmas
