Sorry sorry sorry if this is in the wrong place first of all. I know this really is a long shot because the competition was so long ago. But does anyone who won on the Lucozade iPhone competition that was run around November last year, have a contact number for Lucozade or the people running the competition? The reason I ask is because my iPhone (and purse) were stolen from my handbag in work on Monday. Luckily I have insurance but the insurance company want proof of purchase and I explained to them that I had won the iPhone so they asked me to contact Lucozade to see if they could help. I've emailed Lucozade but have had no answer. Thanks. Laura x

Sadly you wont be able to get proof of purchase, my htc hd2 died from the mccains comp early last year and my net book needs a repair from the drench comp again early last year and they will have to be fixed at my own expense. Sometimes they send the invoice with the prize, if not you wont have much luck. Hope it doesn't cost too much to replace.Comping wishlist for 2017

Do you still have the WEM by any chance?
If you got one that is:cool:0 -
You may find that even if you can get proof of purchase they may reject your claim anyway.
If you left your phone in your bag where ANYONE could have had access to it they may reject the claim on the basis that it wasn't being looked after securely.
If you can't get proof of purchase, did you register it with your network provider when you first got it? They may be able to provide you with something to prove the date??
Insurance companies always try to wheedle their way out of claims!!Thanks to those that post the comps!!

I've still got the WEM thank god. Thanks for the replies. I got a phone number and Lucozade are contacting the agency that run the promotions to see what they can do.
And unfortunately yeah the insurance company I'm with have a bit of a reputation for worming their way out of claims, I just need to explore all avenues before I fork out for a new phone. I did explain the situation however and they seemed ok with that, so once I get proof from Lucozade the next thing I do is have a three way call with O2 to prove the phone was mine (again) by asking when I last called someone/text/used the internet. Total palava!
Thanks for the help everyone. Really appreciate it.0
