Looking for some advice

one of my neighbours is a seller on ebay he has managed
to run up £250 in seller fees, unfortunatly he is currently
in jail and his mum is sorting out his finances.

She wants to repay this on his behalf, not sure if
she has the total amount to pay it in full.

she has a letter from a company called iqor requesting
the amount I think they are a debt recovery agency
should she deal with this company or ebay direct ?

What would be the best way of repaying this ?

Any help gratefuly recieved , thanks

  • Perhaps this would be best posted on the ebay board? Try sending a pm to Soolin (one of the board guides), they are very knowledgeable on all things ebay.

She should write to Iqor, explain the circumstances and gives the expected date of his release.

So that he can deal with it himself when he gets out...
