debts

I have had debts in the past, what with divorce etc i have ignored them, last year i lost my job and was heading further down the spiral

luckily i got a job abroad, and after a year have paid all my debts off


but i have collected black marks against my name, what is best way to clear them from my name

  • If they were legitimate the only way is to wait for them to fall off your record (6 years).
    Thinking critically since 1996....

    As above, whether repaid or not they will stay on your credit file for 6 years from the date of the original date of your default. If you access your credit report online, the date of the default will show and you will have an idea from there :)
