I have had debts in the past, what with divorce etc i have ignored them, last year i lost my job and was heading further down the spiral
luckily i got a job abroad, and after a year have paid all my debts off
but i have collected black marks against my name, what is best way to clear them from my name
Thanks
jim

As above, whether repaid or not they will stay on your credit file for 6 years from the date of the original date of your default. If you access your credit report online, the date of the default will show and you will have an idea from there
