debt collectors breakdown of charges

i received the breakdown of charges from marstons debt collectors following an unpaid parking fee.
basically the original letter went to my old address (my parents house) and for whatever reason i never got to see them.
This was followed by a visit to my parents house by marstons, my mum was in the shower so they posted a card through the letterbox.
Mum called me to say that they had been round so i called them up and requested a beakdown of their fees.
Basically on original debt of £82.00 was passed to them and now they are trying to get £339.04 out of me!!!
i have a scanned copy of the letter they sent to me and wondered if anybody would be willing to have a look at it for me and see if there is anything i can do about their ludicrous fees!?
