I work here and I dare not wander round after I have finished my shift as I will end up spending all my wages. With the 10% off as well it is great.

I hope your shop is better than the one where my daughter works, blocks holidays, takes breaks off her when she doesn't have them and the pay is a joke, she can't even afford home bargains prices lol

I found bottles of Bacardi cube libra for 39p or 3 for £1. Just like the Bacardi breezers but with cola and lime. BB date is end of Oct, but sure they will be ok after that. They taste lovely.

Its not too bad, I tend to keep going on about my break until I get it :j. My pay has just been increased by 20p an hour :rotfl:. Which area does your daughter work at? Does she have no holidays at all then? That's disgusting from them.

  • I was just wondering if anybody has been in to the Reading store recently? I'm still so excited that we now have a store! :j

I really want to get hold of some more of the Crayola on the go doodle packs but didn't see any at the beginning of last week. Has anybody been in to the store recently and seen any?

    Thankyou very much
I should be going tomorrow if you want me to see if they have any? :)

Thank you very much ... although I was just thinking it might be an excuse for another trip ...I may see you there!!

Seriously, if you're going in the morning it would be a huge help if you could let me know - it would save a bit of a trek.

Thank you so much - have a good time - hope you find some good bargains ;)

I spotted in the Southport store yesterday, the children's game Cuponk, priced at (I think) £3.99.

It is basically a plastic cup which flashes lights and sounds when you catch a ball into it.

I think my grown up sons would have loved to play it when they were younger. (I still can't resist looking at toys even though they are now aged 21 and 25!)

Thanks Clairibel I haven't seen these before, can anyone tell me if the scent lasts for long and if they can be used after the scent has gone if you just keep replacing the batteries? Thinking that they would be a safer option than candles at Christmas time.
    Thanks for any advice.:)

Popped into my local store today for a couple of bits (which became £15 :o) but bought some Swarfega 275ml for 99p - over £2.00 elsewhere.
