i am getting married overseas in greece next month and looking for wedding favors i have sort of got a few items in mind for some guests,but want to find something special for the mums and dads as favors any ideas or recommended places i should have a look?i need to get some stuff asap as going away in three weeks.

also looking to find some neat cool gifts for the mum or bride,mum of groom,and all the rest dads,best man,bridesmaids i just not sure what to get here,anyone recommend what to get or they got,remember the smaller and lighter it is the better as would have to take it over with me in my case

Don't think this is special enough but I'm getting married in Spain and I'm getting fans for the ladies

Could you get them something while you're over in Greece? Like a bottle of ouzo for the gents (for example http://www.greeksouvenirshop.com/main.php?cPath=171 )and some greek sweets for the ladies (for example http://www.greekinternetmarket.com/specialty.php ) Then you wouldn't need to worry about the weight - and they'd be carrying them home with them in their cases.

Hi,

Don't forget what ever you buy here you have to get it there & likewise if you buy something there for parents they have to get it back. There are some lovely prints in frames of Lindos in Lindos shops etc which might be good. Favours for guests we are either getting mini bottles of Ouzo or asking the reception venue to serve everyone with a shot of Ouzo at the end of the night.
