Hi everyone, Hope were not to full and bloated after the new year.
I was considering trying to get my hgv licence and from the training schools on offer i can take an intensive course that lasts a week or do a few hours a week if it suits me better(obviousley this takes longer to pass). What i'm interested in is if anyone out there has had any experience of taking an hgv licence and which option has a higher success rate.?
The intesive course means i get the chance to pass within a week but is this too quick to get a feel for a such a big vehicle.
your thoughts would be appreciated

Billy im an LGV trainer for the LFB and i can honestly say if you want to have a serious attempt at passing it really is best to do an intensive course as coming back week after week you ust lose what u have gained from the previous week. im in the london area i know good training companies i can put you intouch with if u r in the south, if not beware lots of cowboys in the trade so shop around and know what u r buying in the way of instructor/lorry condition and tuck ups !!! . hope this helps0
