Hiring out a marquee/gazebo?

I don't know if this is a ridiculous idea or if it will be blown out of the water by health and safety- but anyway, here goes!
I have a very nice looking white 6x3m 'pop-up' gazebo/marquee. It looks a little like this
(Just tried to post a link but it won't let me- Amazon have a white, 6x3m pop up gazebo for around £179.99)
But it is a more sturdy industrial one, with adjustable height, attachable windows and doors.
I paid several hundred for it a while ago and used it to great effect at my daughters christening. We decorated it with paper butterflies and bunting and it looked lovely. Anyway, it has sat in the shed for a while and then two weeks ago, i lent it to a friend for a family meal. They ate all their food in there and again, it looked lovely. the easily sat 16 in there. Then last week, I lent it out again as my friend was worried about the weather, so we put the 'disco' area in there.
I don't want to sell it as i intend to use it for family events/parties etc.
Anyway, while I wouldn't dream of taking any money from my friends, I did wonder if I was missing a trick. It goes up super easily, is transported in a boot of a car and it fairly sturdy. So, I was wondering if I could hire it out? It doesn't need an expert to put it up and as long as ropes are put into ground securely, it is also very sturdy.
My main concern is are there any health and safety/insurance concerns. If someone pinched themselves/fell over the rope, would it come back to me?
Secondly, what is they damaged it? I suppose I ask for a deposit.
Finally, I was thinking of charging £25 for two nights- is this ridiculous?
Not the biggest money spinner but even four 'hires' a year would be worth it.
I genuinely have no idea if this is a no go or not- so any feedback/advice would be handy. Many thanks.

Do a search for Marquee T&C, look at the conditions and it should show what is involved and whether it would be worth doing yourself.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
