Free Stethoscope?

Hey everyone, long shot but does anyone know where I could get a free stethoscope from? Preferably a decent one but I guess beggars can't be choosy.
Write back if you know anyone who hands them out for free such as a promo, souvenir, etc. Cheers, thanks!

hi, not much help, but either you could phone the hospital and ask if they have an advertisement board in their staff room, or you could go onto gumtree.
good lucki keep losing weight, but it just keeps on finding me!!!!!!:D0 -
requested board guide move this post to correct forum for better response.
This section is for posting posting freebies.0 -
Considering a decent stethoscope starts at £80 to about £250 you're not likely to get one that can actually be used for medical purposes for free.0

My friend is a trainee nurse and bought a cheap one from Amazon, it works ok and she is just using it to practice things like taking people's blood pressure (she also bought herself a blood pressure cuff).
I doubt you'll get one free, even less so a decent one as they are expensive.0 -
these are quite often given out by medical reps, so I would ask any friends (or your doctor/ nurse etc.) that work in hospitals or GP surgeries0

You'll be very lucky to get a free stethoscope! I have been a nurse for 14 years and have never got one or even seen one with a drug name etc on them. Medical rep freebies are few and far between these days also as they are now not allowed to give out named items due to self promotion!!!No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
£1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100
Nursing is a work of heart by angels in comfortable shoes!!!

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -
