Two months pregnant and in debt :( help?

Hi, i recently found out that i am 8 weeks pregnant
and have moved back to my parents to save a bit of money for when I move out again to have my baby.
I am worried because of some stupid things I did with my ex a couple of months ago, we would get phone contracts for the free gifts and then not pay them, sell things on ebay and then not pay the ebay fees and things like that.
I have about 6 phone contracts, I owe ebay about £100 in fees and also I was paying off some modelling pictures that I had done about a year ago but because I had little money I stopped paying for them.
I'm worried now that I am going to get the bailiffs after me but they will come to my mums house because thats where I was living when I took out the contracts etc.
I cannot afford to pay anything at the moment, I am only on job seekers allowance and i pay my mum and dad £100 a month keep which leaves me with £100 a month, I think I will be able to afford some thing in about a year when I have the baby and move out but I am just wondering if they can send the bailiffs round yet or not?
My ex said that he had about 12 phone contracts and they have not done anything about them yet but i can't see how.
Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

sorry, dont really know much about this, can you speak to your parents? hope you get things sorted0

My advice - for the LOVE OF GOD get someone responsible to teach your child true financial sense.0

Hmmm seems you have been VERY silly. Which is why people don't really know how to help you.
You intentionally took out contracts and had absolutely no intention to pay. This in my mind counts as stealing. The phone companies will want the free gift back including all the packaging. It's in the contract that you no doubt didn't read. These items weren't yours to sell so yes you will be in some deep do-do sooner rather than later.
Sorry to be blunt but if you have the barefaced cheek to come here begging for help after you have committed a crime to line your pockets. You're pretty much mistaken.Life is too short not to love what you do.0 -
I suspect that this is a troll, how do you intend on moving out with no sign of income, a child on the way, debt and no plan to solve any of these issues? I take it you are not with the childs father anymore?0

Sorry but this makes my blood boil. If this is a genuine post and you're not a troll, then quite frankly you deserve everything you get. Hopefully you'll learn something from this and stop expecting people to pick up the pieces after you've acted so irresponsibly, although sadly I think you'll just sail through life with this attitude that you don't have to be responsible for your actions.:(
And why you got pregnant on top of all this is beyond me. Who do you think is going to pay to look after this child ??!! Talk about irresponsible :mad:0 -
The story sounds to complicated to be a troll, I think there is truth in it but some of the facts don't add up.
If it is all true, then I would expect you'll be having your collar felt sometime in the near future."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
She's gone awfully quiet don't you think ?0

How exactly are you planning on paying to move out of your parents' house and support your child when you have no income?
If you want advice on how to tackle the debts from all the mobile contracts, we need details of how much you owe and to whom (most companies will sell on debts to debt collection agencies so you may owe somebody else the money now). If you don't know this information, finding out is a good place to start.0
