Screwed over by 2000 Points by Tesco Mobile!!!

Be careful of the Tesco Mobile Promotions.

They recently offered 1000 clubcard points if you choose automatic online top-up and top up with £15 for 3 months. What they don't say is that no one else in your home can use that your clubcard to top up online.

Tesco also offered 1000 points to the recommending customer if you recommend a customer if that customer stays with Tesco for 3 months on the Extra Tariff. What they don't tell you is that you needed a special activation text message and that text message wasn't sent out to all customers. Their T&C says that all Tesco Mobile Customers are eligible but they clearly aren't.

2000 points down the drain. Then they tell you at Customer Services
