Lurpak light has vegetable oil added and tastes horrible. I would rather buy ordinary butter and get something with a nice taste.

Lurpak butter update.
I was in Asda yesterday and noticed the Lurpak 500g is now £2.
Hope this helps someone.

OP thanks ... Can you confirm this is Lurpak and not Lurpak light/spreadable... It s a littel out of the way to Morrisons but worth a detour for this.

The OP was made in August I expect that offer is over by now. The lurpak offers in Asda & Tesco mentioned in this thread today are for spread not butter.
