    Hi

Lowell now are the owners of the debt, having bought it for maybe 15% of its balance figure along with 1000 other accounts, from HSBC.

Now Lowell have employed DML to 'collect' on the debt. So you deal with DML.

They'll want their cut and Lowell will want to make money on the deal. But there's still plenty of scope for you to get a settlement at less than the balance figure. You have the template letter. It's just a matter of persevering.

Don't let the b******s spoil Christmas for £267.
