Cancelling store cards??

Hi all

Sorry if this in the wrong place but im wondering if anyone has a basic template for me to send to Ge money in order to cancel my store cards. I know i can phone them but as i still live with my parents i dont really want them hearing me phone up. (I have a few,all with a 0 balance on them lol)

Only realised how much of a burden they are when i recently got refused for a loan and realised they were the cause.

I have now decided im going to take my finances in hand and get rid of these niggling problems.

Im going to enclose my cut up cards with the letter so i think the only thing il add is for them to confirm the account has been closed.
