"We understand from your previous correspondence that you believe you are not our customer. In order to resolve this matter, we are currently undertaking an investigation into the account.

The account will remain on hold until an outcome is reached and wont receive any other correspondence from our team"

Anyone have experience with what they do etc?

Sorry - I meant to add that they had said I paid some of the debt in 2008, and when I requested the details of the payment that's what they responded. xx
