letter today

hi i had a letter today from one of my creditors saying further to recent communication that the debt has gone back to the original creditor.
is that anything i need to worry about? guessing not as i dont spose i should be worrying now anyway.
also could it mean the or has contacted my creditors now? i know she said could take up to 12wks. its strange feeling so was wondering. thanks

Nothing to worry about mandy...anything else comes just forward it to your receiver

Hmm usually takes 8wks or so to contact your creditors but with recent insolvency job losses etc 12wks sounds more like it

thanks phil, felt bit silly worrying but so used to the threatening letters that this one threw me a bit

I had some after my bankruptcy and phone calls if they rang just told them i was now bankrupt and gave them my reference number. I didnt respond to any letters got fed up of keep telling them the same stuff

i did all that it was just this one was different which is why i was concerned.

nothing to concern you....probably just to inform you [for administrative purposes] that the debt, although originally sold-on, has been returned due to the BR.....

pass the letter on to your OR..the information may be of assistance to them

too late i binned it and yes it says debt gone back to orig creditor. i was surprised cos they had said it would take 12wks to contact my creditors and hasnt been a month yet. but not worried anymore about it lol
