Oh i just seen Marstons a lot of courts in UK use this company.
Make £200 by end of January... £20.42/£200
Grocery Challenge £200 pm Jan £0/£200
January no spend days - 1/310 -
yes he knows the court and he now has the reference number as has found the paperwork. He had emailed the bailiff company 3 times last week asking the reference numbers but they have just ignored the emails.
The bailiff chap has insisted that no instalment payments will be accepted and that he wants full payment of the whole lot by 4pm on friday or he will remove goods (not that they have anything of any value).
my concern also is that as he is trying to charge £200 for the first visit, will he then want to charge another £200 when he visits on friday.???
He says he has no descretion and that there is nothing he can do and will collect on friday.:(0
