My Mam gave me some leftover smoked salmon after Christmas, and I put it in my fridge, intending to batch it up and freeze it, then forgot all about it!
It's dated 27th December - I'm guessing that it's too late to save it now?
I would only use it for cooking with, straight from the freezer.....
