Aldi eggs V Lidl eggs

Well I went to Aldi today to take advantage of their super 6 and while there I remembered I was out of eggs. I normally buy them from Lidl 85p for 10, In Aldi they were 99p for 10 they were also the large eggs. So I bought some and I just had 2 poached eggs on toast and they were really nice, much better than the Lidl ones. So from now on I will be getting my eggs from Aldi

we buy white ones direct from the farm
no one wants them because they think they are faulty

Where is the farm? I know it sounds mad but I LOVE white eggs - I have looked EVERYWHERE for white eggs round here but have never found any!Jane

My hens lay brown eggs but my ducks lay tasty large white eggs.
I'm in Somerset.

I always check the Aldi eggs - the box of 10 large eggs for 99p are supposed to be from caged hens but often the eggs are actually free range (the codes on the eggs start with a 1).0
